Mind T: Calm Sleep Meditation is the most efficient meditation app. The App was used in clinical research about procrastination. It was also featured on CBS, NBC, Fox, DigitalTrends, and more.
In this version, we have added new content including video meditations. Meditations are a great way to relax and de-stress any time of day. If you’re new, our 5 minutes guided meditation will give your mind an introductory workout that's perfect for beginners or those just wanting some extra peace in their life! For veterans on the go, there is also 30 minutes + option where they can get more clinical benefits without having too much silence during work hours (plus it sounds amazing!). We have done a significant update to our meditation app, including but not limited to: new meditations in all sections, improved user experience, and fixed some minor bugs. We are really proud of the work that we have done and believe that it will help users to live a better life. |
